This is my first version of my individual lip sync to Sam Smith - Stay With Me. In this edited video I have included title, credits and transitions. I also changed the background to a darker colour from green to navy. On my next version I will add an image to the background to improve the video and make it more interesting to watch.
Very good Ian, good lipsync. Nice transition/fade from titles over your face. Great to see you explain this is teh basic version and how you will enhance it to create a more audience related video. Lighting may have been a little better if you had an assistant checking for shadows. Maybe use a variety of shots to create stronger emotion, ie, close up of mouth, profile of face to create drama at certain key changes.

ReplyDeleteI liked the use of titles at the beginning and the lip sync was in time throughout. However, I think that you could have done more with the green screen.
ReplyDeleteI liked the use of titles in the video but you could haver included some credits at the end. I liked how you changed the background from the green screen but I think to improve you could add some images to it. The audio was synced up perfectly and there was a lot of eye contact.
ReplyDeleteHi Ian I thought that your lip sync went well as the visuals was in time with your sync. You remained good eye contact the whole way through of the video which was a benefit as well. To improve your grade I would consider putting at least a background image onto your green screen instead of using black background to make the video more engaging and interesting for your audience to watch.
ReplyDeleteGood intro and the lip sync was in time throughout the video, as well as the transitions. However if you look in the top right corner you can see the black of the room so the green screen is not the entire background, because the camera isn't positioned correctly. I like the way that the background is a dark blue but more could have been done with the green screen.
