I have decided to look into how to green screen using other programs that I can use on Windows so I can edit cross platform using both iMacs and PC's. Below I have included a short video tutorial that shows how easy it is to do this. Learning two different programs will give me a wider range of skills so that no matter what platform I work on I have the knowledge I need. Furthermore it gives me the choice of deciding what program I can use based on my preference and what I find easier to use.

My Presentation Feedback
Below is an image of the comments my class mates left on my blog about my presentation. As a class we did this so that we could get used to criticism good and bad so that the feedback will have a positive effect in the future. To improve my presentation these are some of the things that people have said in order for me to improve and be more effective.

Placing image into text (Photoshop Practice)
In today's lesson, my teacher showed us an effect that could be done in Photoshop so that we could get familiar with the program. In addition, it will give us a professional edge to manipulating images so that when it comes to our preliminary tasks of creating a tour poster and CD cover we create something of excellent quality.

Music Poster Progress
To further enhance my skills using a range of software I have created a tour poster that shows a range of technique and skill.
These are the steps I took to create my final poster:
These are the steps I took to create my final poster:
- I first started by inserting the image and converting the background to Smart Object.
- I then rasterized the layer to enable for the background to be deleted.
- Then using the Quick Selection Tool, I selected the parts of the image I wanted deleting.
- Next I added the text.
- Finally I placed the background image in and rearranged the layers to get it how I wanted.

Camera Movements
Looking at the different camera movements and what they are will enable me to include some of these in the production of my music video. Thus by using an extensive range of camera movements I will be making a much better music video that is not only visually appealing but professional like.

Presentation Feedback
In class we have been assessing each others presentation skills on our possible lip sync songs. We provided each other with feedback about what was a good about their presentation skills and reasons and how they could improve. Below is an image of my notes that I made when assessing my class mates presentations. I will also be commenting on the blogs of my class mates telling them my feedback so that they know for next time how to be better.

Good Presentations
As I and the rest of my class have finished our presentations on our lip sync songs, I have decided to make this post on what was said as a whole about the presentations and how they could be better. Each person decided on a different way to present their presentations to the class and so some were better than others.
The main element that we decided was key to a good presentation was the software that was used. In my presentation I used a very simple Google Slides to display my information and although it was ok, it could of been better.
There are other programs that I could of used to make my presentation better and here are just a few. Throughout the rest of my blog I will try to use as many of these programs to present information so that my blog is more captivating.
Ezvid
This program records your computer screen so that anything you do/ click on will be recorded. It also allows for voice over, screen drawing and face cams to be added over. It is free to download and allows you to create excellent pieces of work.
iMovie/Windows Movie Maker
Both of these programs are similar to that of Ezvid where you can create a piece of work that is made up of images, videos and text. Again both of these allow for voice overs as well. iMovie is only available on Mac Computers and Movie Maker available on Windows.
Prezi
This is another type of program that allows for all things to be on it and offers a different way of presenting.

Possible Lip Sync Songs
As practice of making a music video and using the green screen, I have chosen three songs that I consider to use for my lip sync. Once choosing a song I will then record myself on the green screen lip syncing to this song and later edit using iMovie. Doing this, I am able to get familiar with two types of media (Green Screen and iMovie) that will help my end product of a creating a professional music video. In this short presentation below I have discussed my reasons for picking these songs and why they would be good for me to lip sync to.

Green Screening - iMovie Help
As part of my research I am looking into iMovie and what the software is capable of. In particular I am looking at green screening and how a green screen can be edited to change the background into something else. By manipulating the green screen, a video can be improved vastly to make it more interesting. There are many reasons why a green screen would be used within a music video and it is something I will consider when it comes to creating my music video. Below I have included a video tutorial which I found very helpful to show how the process is done.
